VerrazzanoManagedCluster Custom Resource Definition

The VerrazzanoManagedCluster custom resource is used to register a managed cluster with an admin cluster. Here is a sample VerrazzanoManagedCluster that registers the cluster named managed1. VerrazzanoManagedClusterSpec specifies a managed cluster to associate with an admin cluster.
